Smart design for small budgets — Giving Good Bare cost-efficient design solutions tailored for an emerging brand.

Good Bare is a great case of how to build a product ecosystem using off-the-shelf components and clever custom parts. We helped a small brand develop a range of kids’ accessories that feel cohesive, premium, and production-ready — while keeping molds and MOQ under control. Ideal for startups, without sacrificing design quality.

The Goal

Create a full product experience using minimal resources—leveraging off-the-shelf stainless steel components and complementing them with custom-designed silicone and plastic parts. The challenge was to design an ecosystem of lunch accessories that would feel fresh, durable, and brand-worthy, even with a startup’s limited production budget.

The Result

A coherent and differentiated product line that proves how detail and thoughtful design can turn basic components into a compelling brand language. Every contour, lid, and interface was designed to minimize tooling while maximizing aesthetic impact. The result is a market-ready collection that positions the brand competitively while reducing MOQ and upfront costs.
