The Goal

To develop a refillable deodorant system that performs mechanically while appealing emotionally. From early sketches to DFM, we aimed to merge sustainability with style — creating a reusable product that users would feel proud to display and use. This required a precise balance between ergonomics, aesthetics, and mechanical function.

The Result

A smooth, sculpted object inspired by the human body, with intuitive refilling and long-lasting use. The product was engineered with mass production in mind, using multi-part assemblies optimized for injection molding and long-term durability. It combines softness in appearance with mechanical integrity, ready for scaled manufacturing.
