We specialize in turning innovative ideas into tangible and functional products
Meet our successful 6-Stage method
-
Strategic proposal, project framework, required services.
First meeting with the project. Know the problem, the goals to achieve in order to offer the most optimal service to achieve a successful product.
-
It serves to guide the design direction of the project for both the client and the internal team. Depending on the type of project, it defines the approach needed for product development, which will impact the delivery points. Its goal is to reduce risk.
Brand foundations, keywords, and moodboard. Product positioning compared to competitors. Design program covering configuration, morphology, functionality, color, materials, processes, ergonomics, and product value. Functional and morphological moodboards with keywords. CMF moodboard.
-
Presentation of concepts in renders with basic 3D development. Presentation of different approaches within the same design line.
Digital presentation with neutral renders. CMF variables as applicable.
-
Concept design tailored to client or internal expectations, serving as a foundation for final design development. This process validates decision-making by focusing on aspects such as form, size, certain ergonomic considerations, and varying degrees of function/use validation. It also encourages greater client involvement.
Digital presentation featuring both neutral and environment-enhanced renders, along with photos and videos. It includes component explosions, construction details, and assembly information. Additionally, a tentative CMF proposal is provided in cases where branding has not been finalized.
-
Final concept package with high production and manufacturing feasibility.
Product presentation, potentially serving as the pitch document. It includes file division based on materials and processes, 3D files in STEPS and STL formats for 3D printing managed by us (USA, Europe and China), as well as drawings and technical specifications.
-
Product ready for manufacturing.
Presentations include refined design, prototype quality analysis, manufacturer selection.
-
Product ready for manufacturing.
Final documents and files for the factory detailing decisions, requirements, and tolerances.
